Final week
Reflection Time
Here we are, YOU MADE IT!! Well DONE YOU!!!
You continue doing all five challenges while taking some time to look back and reflect on the past five weeks. Reflection is where the real change gets noticed and made to last.

Take some time to reflect on…
Positive changes you've seen in your wellbeing
Positive changes you've seen in your daily life
Personal growth: overall, how did you find this whole Smart Phone Challenge experience?
What did you learn?
The difference you've experienced and witnessed in your life, mentally, emotionally and physically
New habits or hobbies you've started, thanks to the Smart Phone Challenge
Will you keep doing any of these challenges moving forward?
Which challenge did you find the hardest?
Which challenge or challenges did you find to be very useful?
Did this whole challenge make you aware of your smartphone usage and how it has been impacting you?
Main take-aways…
Any feedback for future Smart Phone Challenges?

cha@paintlife.nzWhy reflection matters
Every now and then, while busy living our lives and following the same routine, it's useful to stop, think and reflect on our automatic behaviours, duties, relationships and habits.
Reflection helps us see how far we've come, notice what's genuinely changed, and choose, consciously, which of these new habits are worth carrying forward.
What other people have reflected
By doing this challenge I felt much more connected with the people around me, and I felt like I got more done!
I feel I have gotten better at putting my phone away and focusing on other things, especially schoolwork and spending time with family and friends.
My days feel longer and less chaotic. Mornings are no longer spent mindlessly scrolling in bed.
I stopped waking up early to doomscroll, and that alone has affected me in a big way. I'm more focused, and ready for whatever the day wishes to bring me.
More sleep. I learnt that I would rather sleep than be on my phone. I'm really happy because I'm not sitting on my phone all day, I go hang out with my friends.
By the end of this challenge, I felt refreshed, and I'll try to continue it beyond.
Thank you so much for taking part and seeing the whole Smart Phone Challenge through. I truly hope you've created positive, healthier smartphone habits that you can carry with you and keep enjoying every single day.
